ETHEL C. AUSTIN
Ethel C. Austin, 82, of 205 Nottingham Drive in Victoria, died Friday at 8:30 a.m. in a Victoria hospital following a lengthy illness.
Born Dec. 11, 1897 in Prospect Station, Tenn., to the late Thomas I. and Jennie Walker Case. Mrs. Austin was a housewife and a member of Shettles Memorial Methodist Church in Austin. She lived in Austin before moving to Victoria eight years ago. Her husband, Verie L. Austin, preceded her in death.
Funeral arrangements were pending with Colonial Funeral Home.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Jean Kaiser of Victoria and Mrs. David Brown of London, England; a brother, Walter Case of Florissant, Mo.; and five grandchildren.
