Cathy Jo Middlemiss, 2-year-old daughter of Jeffrey and Evelyn Middlemiss, Middle Road, died Monday morning in the emergency room of A. Barton Hepburn Hospital, after being stricken with a seizure at approximately 5 a.m. at her home. She had been ill with cerebral palsy.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Fox Funeral Home, with the Rev. Grif Vautier, pastor of Presbyterian Stone Church, Morristown, officiating. Burial will be in Foxwood Memorial Park.
Contributions may be made to the Cerebral Palsy Association.
Surviving besides her parents are her paternal grandparents, maternal grandparents, and paternal great-grandmother.
She was born in Ogdensburg on Oct. 29, 1987, a daughter of Jeffrey and Evelyn Hurlbut Middlemiss.
