A daughter of the late Abram B. and Josephine Castner Apgar, she was born Dec. 24, 1887, at Bissell, but spent her childhood on the Apgar farm near Packer's Island.
Surviving besides her husband are a sister and brother, Mrs. John B. Rockafellow, of Copper Hill, and William B. Apgar, of Three Bridgges.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Holcombe Funeral Home in Flemington, conducted by the REv. Abram Pepling of Three Bridges Reformed Church, and the REv. C. W. Munn of Centerville and Neshanic Station Methodist churches. Burial was in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington.
Her obituary was published in the Hunterdon County Democrat on Dec. 30, 1937.
