Died-BOAS-in this city on the 29th inst., Emma E., wife of Augustus F. Boas, in the 74th year of her age. Funeral on Saturday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock. Interment private at Charles Evans cemetery.

The funeral of Mrs. Emma E. Boas took place from the residence of her husband, Augustus F. Boas, 515 Franklin, and was private. The retains were attired in a black robe and reposed in a splendid Stein casket, the plate of which bore name and age of deceased, with date of death. Services were conducted by Rev. Dr. Bausman, assisted by Rev. Henry Mosser and Harry W. McCauley, who attended in place of his father, Rev. Dr. McCauley, who is ill. A selected choir sant "Gone to the Silent Land" at the house and "Go Bury Thy Sorrow" at the grave. The cortege proceeded to Charles Evans, where interment was made. The bearers wer George D. Stitzel, Horatio Trexler, Levi Quiar, Jerome L. Boyer, F. G. Boas, Joseph W. Richards, Lewis Hellman and E. F. Smith.
