John Davis Quiett was usually known as Davis. He is survived by his wife Dora Virginia McDaniel Quiett, and two children: Arthur and Margarett.
His family was still in Benton County on the 1910 census but moved away sometime after that. His wife, Dora, died in California. No other relatives buried in this area.


Obit:
J. D. Quiett, who lived on the High farm east of town, died this morning at 2 o'clock. He had been working on the Rogers railroad, at Springtown where he contracted pneumonia. Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. G. W. Tingle at the residence at 10 a.m. tomorrow and the remains will be interred in the Gentry cemetery.
