Alison was born 12 weeks premature weighing 1lb 9oz's and 11 inches long. She developed pretty much every medical problem that a preemie can develop and fought for as long as she could. Her fight ended when she developed Sepsis prior to being prepared for open heart surgery and passed away in her mothers arms.She spent her entire short life in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
