Funeral for Oralee "Aunt Sis" Foster, 98, of Hillsboro will be Saturday at noon at Canaan Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. John Gladney officiating.
Burial will be in Foster-Davis Cemetery with Reynolds Funeral Home directing. The body will be in the church one hour before the service. The family will receive friends Friday night from 6 to 7 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Foster died Sunday, Feb. 3, 2002, at Sunbridge Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was born Oct. 21, 1903, in Lawrence County, to Horace Watkins and Eliza Morris Watkins. She was a member of Mallard Creek Primitive Baptist Church and served as president of its Missionary Aid Society for 60 years.
Survivors include one daughter, Ezella Spears of Hillsboro; and one granddaughter.
Pallbearers will be William Torain, Jessie Byrd, Samuel Jones, Carl Campbell, Glenn Davis and Labron Davis.
