Jacob Lawrence Chorak age 3 of Lakeview died suddenly at Spectrum Health United Memorial in Greenville on Thursday February 12,2009. He was born in Greenville June 17,2005 the son of Warren L. (J.R.) and Amber McLellen Chorak. He was a student at Little People Land in Lakeview and was a creative, curious and very active boy. He liked "Curious George" and imitated him in activities playing in the water and mud and just being happy. He was loved by his Mom and Dad, Amber and JR and his sister Trinity "Sissy" and they enjoyed a busy and happy home together. He will be lovingly missed by them and his grand parents, his great grandmothers, his aunts and uncles, his god parents, and many cousins and his teacher and friends at his school.
Funeral services were be held on Wednesday February 18, 2009 at 1 PM Rev. Bert Boes officiating. Burial was in Coral Cemetery.
Jacob's memorial has been sponsored by his sweet Mommy, Amber McLellen Chorak. Our meeting at the post office was nothing less than Jesus putting two people together in a place where they needed to be. We'll talk again Sweetie.
