She is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Walter Berlin, son, Al Berlin, sister, Camille and brother, Joseph Mariani. She is survived by her son, John Berlin and wife, Susan of Fremont, CA; her sister, Hammer Schmidt and brother, Mario Mariani of Vacaville, CA. Also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2006 from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Chapel of the Chimes, Hayward and funeral service Wednesday, June 21, 2006 at 9:30 a.m. at Chapel of the Chimes, Hayward.
