Funeral services were held Wednesday, August 18 for Gustav Bredow, 94, who passed away Sunday, August 15 at the Presque Isle Extended Care Facitily.
Born in Presque Isle, County on February 15, 1877, he was raised in the area and made his livelihood as a farmer. His marriage to Clara Geddard, who survives, was an event of October 30, 1930 in Hagensville.
Besides his wife, Mr. Bredow is survived by two sisters, Mrs. William Reisener (Rose) of Rogers City and Mrs. John C. Bruning (Gertrude) also of Rogers City.
Rev. Robert Thies conducted the committal servies held at St. John Lutheran Church in Hagensville and interment was in the church cemetery.
Completing the funeral arrangements was the McWilliams Funeral Home.
