Ruth was employed as a Mary Kay Consultant for 27 years. She also worked as Secretary/Receptionist for York Casket Company, Green's Dairy, Campbell Chain, and C.H. Musselman Company. A member of Madison Avenue Church of the Brethren, she was also an avid reader.
Mrs. Brockley is survived by one daughter, Kimberly A. Shoemaker and her husband, Eric of Dover; one son, Richard C. Brockley of Dover; and three grandchildren, Kirk, Alison, and Tonia Shoemaker.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Doris L. Grace.
