Lori Lynn, 9 years, passed away May 17. Survived by parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roger M. Crowe; sisters, Rebecca, Elizabeth Jean, Lisa, Kimberly; brother, Gregory; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Borden Crowe of Canada, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Lowther, North Canton, Ohio; great grandmother, Mrs. Charlotte Crowe of Canada. Funeral Services Friday at 2pm at the Akron Baptist Temple, Dr. Dallas F. Billington officiating.
Lori and her friend, Lorna Ritz were collecting trash in the neighborhood and were kidnapped and killed by a neighbor. Cenotaphs and flowering crab apple trees were placed in their memory at Bettes Elementary School.
