Grace was the daughter of Thomas H. Mohler (1857-1932) and Rosella "Ella" Murray Mohler. She married James Thomas Begg (1877-1963) 26 Aug 1903. She was a teacher. They had two children: Frances Eleanor Begg (1904-)who married Ward Harrold; and James Thomas Begg Jr. who died at age 19 (1909-1929).
