August 10th 1861, enlisted in Co.D, 13th Berry's Battalion, Missouri Volunteer Mounted Cavalry. Honorably Discharged at St. Josephs Missouri June 28th 1862. Discription: 5'11", 155Lbs, Black hair, grey eyes, light skin. Died of pulmonary edema and a weak heart at 91 years old. Listed on the Roster of Civil War Soldiers buried in Keyser Kill Cemetery as "Frank Collins".
