Funeral services for Emma Dee Howington, 94, of Delhi will be held at 3PM Sunday, May 10, 2009 in the chapel of Cox Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Arnold and Rev. Anthony Stewart officiating.
Visitation will be held from 5-9PM Saturday @ Cox Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Faith Memorial Park Cemetery south of Delhi.

Mrs. Howington died on Friday, May 8, 2009 at Deerfield Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Delhi.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Cornelius Jones and Clara Mae Tibbs Jones, two brothers, Bob and Ed Jones; two sisters, Myrtle Hines and Juanita Zimmerman; her husband, Laura Oscar Howington and two sons, Dwain Leo Howington Sr. and Marshall Dea Howington.

She is survived by a daughter-in-law, Minnie Lou Howington of Monroe, LA; one brother, Jimmy Lee Jones of Epps, LA; three sisters, Edna Yeager of Monroe, LA and Marguerite Barrow and Nobie Yeager both of Delhi, LA; nine grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Dwain Howington Jr., Jeffrey Howington, Donald Howington, Ronald Howington, Trey Hicks and Roy Hicks.
