Lois was my dear friend David's Mother. David was killed in a motorcycle accident. It was a bad accident and he was badly disfigured. I remember she insisted on an open casket to show how his face and head had to be reconstructed for the funeral. She said she wanted to make sure that after viewing David in that way, no one would ride a motorcycle without a helmet. She held vigils for David and became friends with so many of his friends and would invite them to David's grave site to visit with David. She was the beloved wife of Richard John Hansen and loving Mother to Bruce Richard Hansen and David John Hansen. Both her children taken too soon.
Rest in peace Lois, you are with your loved ones now.
Lois was originally from Minnesota and died in Camarillo California at the age of 71. She was a lovely soul now reunited with her boys and her beloved husband.
