Adam Cook was the son of Stanley Cook and Pamela Shuck. Adam married his wife, Kendra, in 1995. Their children are Gage and Gracie Cook. His brothers are David and Andrew Cook.
Adam was a graduate of Indiana State University and Valparaiso University School of Law.
