Ada Janette Eriksson was the only child of Anders (Andrew) and Charlotte (Johnsson) Eriksson. Ada was a 1927 graduate of Deaconess Hospital and was a nurse at the Lahey Clinic for many years. She was united in marriage to Charles B. Borthwick and they had no children. Ada enjoyed gardening, woodworking and silversmithing.
