OBITUARY

Ann Amelia Schultz Lowmaster died at the residence of her son in Eden Township, Wyandot County, Ohio, on June 19th, 1871. She was aged 84 years.

She was born in York County, Pennsylvania, in the year 1787; removed to Fairfield County, Ohio, in 1816, in the fall of 1839, removed to Wyandot County (then Crawford Co.). Very early in life she connected herself with the Reformed Church and for upwards of sixty-five years lived as a faithful member of that denomination until the day of her death, when quietly she fell asleep in Jesus.

She was the mother of 13 children, ? grandchildren, and 66 great-grandchildren, also one great-great-grandchild.

Owing to the absence of Rev. Mr. Klinger, the funeral services were conducted by Rev. D. D. Hart.

NOTE: Two different death dates were listed, 11 June 1874 and 19 Jun 1871. Ann Amelia died at her son Rueben's home in Wyandot County, Ohio.
