Was told by his family members that he saw the steam shovel starting to tip and pushed a fellow worker out of the way. She died on 5 December 1967 in Ashland. She said she did not feel good died in the arms of her son Stanley. They were both buried in Mt. Auburn Cemetary, Hopkinton.
