Albert Norwood Purdum, 82 died Monday morning in the home of his daughter, Mrs. e
va May, with whom he resided nine years. His death followed a long illness.
Born at Senecaville, he was a retired coal miner.
Surviving also are three sons, Rodney and Dallas and Cecil; two step-daughters, Mrs. Coy Finley and Mrs. Inez Cunningham; one stepson, Stanley Stevens; 10 grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
Services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. in the Swigart funeral home. Burial will be held at Senecaville Cemetery.
