U.S. Army Reserves. He was a 1961 graduate of Severna Park High School, and the Chesapeake Bible College. He worked at Sears Roebuck & Co. for 18 year, and owned Magothy River Reality. He began his ministry work in 1976 and was the Pastor of Woodland Beach Community Church.
He is survived by his wife, Thelma J. Kelley, whom he married on May 144, 1963; children, Gregory K. Kelley, Beth K. Fitzgerald, Jennifer Chojnowski, and Randy D. Kelley.; seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Earle C. Kelley, Jr.
Interment followed funeral services conducted Monday, April 28, 2008.
