Chris Adams , a homemaker and businesswoman, died Thursday at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Martinez. She was 49. The native of Pittsburg was a lifelong resident of the Concord-Pittsburg area. She was owner and operator of the Party Pantry in Concord. She was a member of the Stroke Support Group at Mt. Diablo Medical Center and Queen of All Saints Church, both in Concord. She enjoyed crafts. She is survived by her sons, Ron Adams of Concord and Mike Adams of Clayton, and sister, Hope Mazza of Concord. Services: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Queen of All Saints, with entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery in Antioch. Visitation will be from noon to 4 p.m. Monday, followed by a vigil service, at Ouimet Bros. Concord Funeral Chapel. Memorial gifts: Stroke Support Group, c/o Mt.
