On April 2, 2009, L. Page Roudebush Carlen, 45, of Hannibal, Mo., lost her two-year battle with Melanoma. She was born Oct. 31, 1963, in Rushville, the daughter of Richard and Janet Morris Roudebush.

Page is survived by her companion of 10 years, Dean VanWinkle of Hannibal, Mo.; her mother, Janet Trone of Rushville; her son, Patrick Carlen of Chandler, Ariz.; her brother, Michael Roudebush of Hull; a half brother, Aaron Trone of Rushville; maternal grandmother, Eleanor Morris of Jacksonville; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, a nephew and by extended VanWinkle family who loved Page and helped her so much. She was preceded in death by her father, Dick Roudebush; grandparents, Alva and Frieda Roudebush; grandfather, Earl F. Morris; and her stepfather, Ronnie Trone.

Page graduated from West Pike High School. She worked as a shift manager with the Parsons Convenience Store in Hannibal for 20 years. Page was a member of the Aker's Chapel Christian Church.
