Clarice E. Kelly passed away two months short of her 99th birthday. A native and life resident of Liverpool, she was born April 1, 1910, to Joseph and Clara Walter Nann. Clarice was employed as a legal secretary. Her husband, attorney Francis J. Kelly, died July 16, 1985. She was predeceased by her brother, Walter, and her sister, Veronica. Surviving are her son, Joseph M. Kelly of Liverpool; her daughter, Nann V. Molnar of DeWitt; her grandchildren, N. Kelly (Darren) Finkel of Cranford, NJ, Mary Elizabeth Molnar of San Francisco, CA, and Erin Margaret Molnar of Washington, DC, and their father, John P. Molnar of Fayetteville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Spring services and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be Saturday, February 7, 2009, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Maurer Funeral Home, 300 Second St., Liverpool. Contributions may be made to the Humane Society of CNY or the American Cancer Society.

Funeral services for Clarice E. Kelly of Liverpool, who died January 31, 2009 will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 25, 2009 in St. John the Evangelist Church, 214 N. State St., Syracuse with burial to follow in Assumption Cemetery.
