Osie, born in (Somerset, Hopewell twp, Perry Co) OH, she came to AZ in 1901; until 1907, resid in Prescott & Crown King, moving then to Mayer, remaining until 1918, when she came to Phoenix, residing at 2038 N 9th St.
Member Navy Mothers Club & First Congregational Church.
Survivors include sons Frank B of Phoenix & Charles M of El Paso, dtrs Mrs A C FOSTER & Mrs George W PYLE, both of Phoenix, 04 gr'dtrs.
