LOPER FUNERAL SERVICES HELD
FOREST, Nov. 13 - Funeral services were conducted from the White Plain church in the Prospect community for Mrs. Sarah C. Loper, 83, whose death occurred at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. T. Blackburn, near Newton Wednesday afternoon after an illness of several weeks.
Rev. J. H. Grice of the Conehatta Methodist church officiated, with interment being made in the church cemetery.
Surviving include two sons Griss Loper, Forest; Jack Loper, Walnut Grove; six daughters, Mrs. Lizzie Barnes, Union; Mrs. Bessie Jones, Sebastopol; Miss Lou Ella Loper, Sebastopol; Mrs. Callie Creel, Carthage; Mrs. Dorothy Rutledge, Liberty, Tex.; Mrs. Ruby Blackburn, Newton.
