Carrie Hoover was born on March 12, 1932 in Des Moines, Iowa, to Elmer and Wilma Grover Hoover. She was educated in the Andrew Schools. She married Harold DeMoss.
Carrie was a homemaker and had been living at the Dubuque Nursing and Rehabilitation Center since November of 1997.
Carrie is survived by, children, Karen Sue DeMoss of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Paul & Cathy DeMoss of Hope Mills, North Carolina and Gary DeMoss of Yukon, Oklahoma; four rgandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one great-granddaughter.
