Charles was the son of the late Joseph and Eliza (Crittenden)Rondo, he was one of fourteen children.
Charles married Annie Zucker May 6,1878 in Caro, they has eight children Clara(1879), Eliza(1880), John(1882) William(1888), twins Mary and Ray(1895), twins Floyd and Loyd(1903).
Surviving are his eight children, one brother Henry and four sisters.

Charles Rondo passed away at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Frank Wright, in Elmwood township on Saturday, Sept 17, at the age of 73 years. He had been staying at the Wright home for 16 weeks because of ill health.
Mr Rondo was born on June 9, 1854 in Vermont. He cam to MI in early childhood and was united in mariage with Anna Zucker at Frankenmuth.
Mr and Mrs Rondo moved to Tuscola County from Gaylord 0 years ago and spent the remainder of their lives in Elmwood twp. Mrs Rondo passed away July 19, 1927 just two months ago.
