Peggy J. Demott, 45, Indianapolis, died there at 6pm Monday. Born in Shelby County Feb 22, 1940, she was the daughter of Chester and Laura A Spurlin DeMott.
She is survived by her mother, who lives in Shelbyville, and her father, who lives at RR 8, Shelbyville. Other survivors include two brothers, Robert and Chester DeMott, both of Shelbyville.
A former employee of W.S. Major Hospital, Indianapolis, at the time of her death.
Ms. DeMott had been a resident of Indianapolis for eight years.
Graveside services will be at 2 pm Friday at the Miller Cemetery.
