"Sacred to the Memory of Taylor Flewellen. Born in 1793. Died in 1833. In his 40th year."
Taylor's headache: Sometime prior to 2007 a huge dead pine fell across his grave, smashed his headstone into many small pieces. I found it that way, and after recovering the pieces trapped under the tree I reassembled it beside its original base, took a picture and let it lay, wasn't much else I could do. A great restoration project for a descendant. It is located about 5 feet to the right of (when facing the headstone of) his uncle Abner F. Gibson. In the picture to the immediate right, broken BASE still there, under the tree, marks Taylor Flewellen.
