Born in Lancaster, PA, she was a daughter of the late William and Elizabeth (Pfoutz) Parrish. She was the wife of the late John L. Dochter, who passed away in 1997.
She was a member of the Emmanuel United Methodist Church, Brownstown. She was also a former member of the West Earl Lioness Club and the West Earl Township Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.
She is survived by three sons, John William, husband of Maryanne (Helfrich) Dochter of Lititz, Michael Robert, husband of Kathleen (Beiler) Dochter of Adamstown and Steven Kyle, husband of Pamela (Engroff) Dochter of Willow Street, a daughter, Linda Marie, wife of Robert M. Richman of Frederick, MD, 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, and 2 brothers, William and John Parrish of Brownstown.
A viewing will be held on Saturday, April 4th from 10-11 AM at the Emmanuel United Methodist Church, 11 N. Church Street, Brownstown, PA followed by funeral services at 11 AM with Pastor Harry Kaufhold officiating. Interment will follow in the Riverview Memorial Park, Lancaster.
