He married Anna Rothrock, born about 1793, Mifflin Co, PA; daughter of George and Eliizabeth Myers Rothrock and a sister to John Rothrock, who married Robert's sister, Mary Ann.
They resided all of their lives in Mifflin County and were both buried in the family cemetery of the Rothrock's.
Robert's uncle Samuel Keever, who died without issue, left part of his property to the children here after named of Robert and Anna, John, George, Mary Ann and Margaret.
