DEATH OF MRS. BROWN
After a brief illness Augusta Green Brown died at her home in the Vale of Cashmere on Tuesday September 24. The deceased was born at Seneca Fall, N.Y. on May 6, 1843. She leaves four children to mourn her loss, three daughters and one son, Mrs. Agnes Johnson, Mrs. Jennie Brown and Mr. Bert Horton all of Cashmere and Mrs. Nora Cook of Sand Lake, Michigan. The funeral was conducted at M. E. church in Cashmere. Rev. Robinson officiating yesterday afternoon at 2 o' clock. The remains were entered in the Cashmere cemetery.
