Harold was a son of the late Roy E. Crowe and Clara (Wolfe) Crowe. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Lillian D. (Baker) Crowe; one son, Wayne L. Crowe Sr.; six brothers; and one sister.

He was a retired Rural Route carrier for the U.S. Postal Service. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of the Emmanuel United Methodist Church.

He is survived by two sons; two daughters; seven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; three brothers; and one sister.
