"Harriet Vandervoort Rites Set Friday
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in the Law Mortuary for Mrs. Harriet Lucina Vandervoort, 1225 N. Custer Ave., with the Rev. Herbert Lockyer Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mrs. Vandervoort died Monday in a local nursing home at the age of 90.
She was born Aug. 16, 1881, in Scott City, Kan. She was formerly a seamstress at Rae's Dress Shop. Mrs. Vandervoort was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by a nephew, Harold Vandervoort of Colorado Springs, and two cousins, Mrs. Ina Tompkins and Elkhart, Ind., and Mrs. Helen Vandervoort of Los Angeles, Calif."
