She married Henry Spulick on Jan 5, 1892 in Lisbon Falls, Maine. They had 10 children, 9 who lived to adulthood. They owned a farm in Lisbon Falls, Maine and for most of their life, she was a farmer's wife, occasionally taking odd jobs in the local shirt factory.
Eventually, Henry and Minnie sold the farm and Minnie lived alternately with her daughters, while Henry went west to California, although he reportedly visited occasionally.
While she was living with her daughter, Fannie, she suffered a stroke and died suddenly.
