She was the daughter of Pierre Baron and Marie Marguerite Gibausset of Baton Rouge,LA.
Henry and Frances had five children:

After Frances' death in 1858, Henry married Winifred Laura Pipes (1843-1927),daughter of James Windsor Pipes(1814-1860) and Susan McArthur (1815-?). Winifred was a widow and had first been married to a Mr. Cain.
Henry and Winifred had 8 children.
