Mrs. Georgia L. Wilson, 95, born March 6, 1912, in Madison County, Texas, to George and Susie Crocker Maddox, passed away on August 3, 2007. Mrs. Wilson worked for Texas A & M University for many years. She is preceded in death by her parents; her brothers and sisters; and a son, Donald Goodman. She is survived by her children, Romona Fay Berry of Enterprise, AL.; J.W. and Sharon Goodman of Groveton, TX; Jerry and Pat Goodman of Bedias, TX; Doris Meshell of Groveton, TX; Hershel and Patrice Goodman of Stockdale, TX; James and Elna Goodman of Houston, TX; George Goodman of Omaha, NE; Cuthrell and Edna Earl of Deer Park, TX; Emma Hamil of Iola, TX; and Thomas Gustavus of Willis, TX. Mrs. Wilson is also survived by 35 grandchildren and numerous great and great – great grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends. Visitation for Mrs. Wilson will be held on Sunday, August 5, 2007, from Noon to 9:00 P.M. with the family receiving friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M at Huntsville Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, August 6, 2007 at Bedias Baptist Church the Rev. Jerald Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Willow Hole Cemetery in North Zulch. Memorial considerations may be made to the Bedias Baptist Church. All services are under the direction of Huntsville Funeral Home.
