She came to America on the ship 'Anne.'

On 27 May 1617, she married Dr Samuel Fuller as his third wife. They were the parents of Mercy (James), Samuel, and a stillborn girl.

After her husband's death, she opened a small, private school. In 1633, the town of Rehoboth voted to invite Mrs Bridget Fuller to 'come and dwell among us, to attend on the office of midwife, to answer the town's necessity, which at present is great.'

'Samuel Fuller, say-weaver, from England, widower of Anna Carpenter' married, in Leyden, South Holland, 27 May 1617[NS], as his third wife,'Bridget Lee, single woman, also from England.'
