Mrs. Ollie Maybelle Cox (George) Beaver age 66 died at University Hospital Friday afternoon. Her home was at 4515 Valley View Drive. She was a member of Riverview Baptist Church.
The daughter of William S. Cox and Emma C. Bayless Cox.
Survivors include; Brothers, Charles P. Cox, Morristown, Tenn. and Hugh Bayless Cox, Knoxville, Tenn. Sister; Mrs. William J.(Helen) Wilson, Knoxville, Tenn. as well as several neices and nephews.
Services will be Sun. at 2 p.m. at Riverview Baptist Church with the Rev. R.C. Barnes and Rev. R.B. Brock officiating. Pallbearers will be Arthur Bracken, Jack Beal, Ernest Cate, Clarence Mays, G.A. Perry, Dave Tipton and Marshall Underwood. Honorary pallbears will be Loyal Soldiers Sunday School Class of Riverview Baptist Church.
Interment will be in Roseberry Cemetery. The body will lay in state at the church one hour before services.
The body will remain at McCarty's where the family will recieve friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday.
McCarty's in charge of funeral arrangements.
