PLANO, Texas - Rhea Louise Barngrover Johnson Balderston, 88, died Nov. 12, 2007, at Plano, Texas.
She was born June 2, 1919, in Chase, the daughter of Robert Ross and Fannie Ethel Burden Barngrover. She graduated from McPherson High School, Venus Beauty Academy and Rhema Bible College. A resident of Plano, formerly of McPherson, she was retired owner and operator of Rhea and Everett's Beauty Salon, McPherson.
She was a former member of Word of Faith Fellowship, McPherson.
In 1939, she married Everett V. Johnson. He died in 1979. In 1993, she married John Balderston. He died in 2003.
Survivors include: two daughters, Marlene Kennedy, Crossroads, Texas, and Deanna Bell, Richardson, Texas; a sister, Betty Chandler, Allen, Texas; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
