She is survived by three brothers: Andy Gallegos and Joe R. Gallegos and wife Bernice of El Barranco, and Ruben Gallegos and wife Mary Lou of Santa Fe, N.M.; five sisters: Audry Ortiz and husband Juan of El Pueblo, N.M., Angie Gonzales and husband Adan of Albuquerque, Grace Stein and husband Gene of El Pueblo, N.M., Tila Orr of El Barranco, and Amanda Lindsey and husband Jim of Las Vegas, N.M.; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Ursula graduated from West Las Vegas High School and received her RN degree from St Vincent Hospital School of Nursing. She worked as a registered nurse at St. Vincent Hospital in Santa Fe and various doctors offices in Santa Fe and Las Vegas. She loved to dance, make flowers, hiking and working the auctions. She was a member of the San Miguel del Vado Church.
Cremation has taken place and services were held at the San Miguel del Vado Church in San Miguel, N.M. with a rosary on Thursday evening at 7 and the Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday morning at 10.
