Junior Taylor Young, 21, of Winona, died Monday, October 14, 1996, of multiple gunshot wounds at Tyler Holmes Hospital in Winona.
Mr. Young, a laborer, was a native of Montgomery County.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Sunday, October 20, at Ed Roberts Memorial Chapel with Elder Darvis W. Tate, Sr. officiating. Burial was in Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery near Kilmichael.
Mr. Young is survived by one daughter, Miss Shontell Seawood; his mother, Mrs. Willie Mae Golden; his father, Taylor Golden; one brother, Catwusa Easterwood; five sisters, Mrs. Doretha Adair, Miss Sasha Young, Miss Letasha Golden, Miss Earnestine Young, and Mrs. Purcy Echols; maternal grandfather, Owens Lee Easterwood; and paternal grandmother, Mrs. Bessie G. Small, all of Winona.
Roberts & Sons Mortuary of Winona was in charge of arrangements.
