William Marcel Morgan son of James and Malinda Morgan, was born at Center Point, Ia., Oct. 15, 1875, and passed away at his home in Springdale, Ia., Sept. 14, 1932, at the age of 56 years, 10 months, 29 days. He was united in marriage to Miss Rosie Merrill May 8, 1900. to this union were born six children, two of whom precede him in death in infancy. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife and four daughters - Mrs. George Lovell, Mrs. Wilmot Lendt, Mrs. Earl Baker, all of Tipton, Iowa, and Gladys Morgan at home; four grandchildren, three brothers and three sisters. Mr. Morgan was a kind and loving father and a patient sufferer. Funeral services were conducted at the Mt. Zion Church on Friday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. A. W. Straub and interment was made in the Mt. Zion cemetery.
