Nancy enjoyed playing bingo and the lottery. In her free time, she loved to play games with her sister and make crafts. The highlight of Nancy's year was Christmas; having her whole family around her during the holidays was one of her greatest joys.
Mrs. Laukhuff is survived by 5 daughters: Cathy L., wife of Bryce Woodall of Millersville, Linda M. Laukhuff of California, Connie L., wife of Bob Bear of Maytown, Cindy L., wife of Don Moose of Lancaster, and Caryn, wife of Mark Yurejfcic of Strasburg; 4 sons: Eddie Laukhuff of California, John C., husband of Donna Laukhuff of Lititz, Richard E. Laukhuff of Columbia, and Robert L., husband of Laura Laukhuff of Lancaster; a sister: Pat Alexander of Rising Sun, MD; 27 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Nancy is preceded in death by her son, Thomas K. Laukhuff, sister, Betty J. Murr, and brothers, Robert L. and H. Richard Williams.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 9, 2009 at the Gundel Funeral Home, 415 North Duke St., Lancaster. Viewing will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow the service at Conestoga Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Lancaster County, P.O.
