Helen Janet Baker was born in 1902, a daughter of Charles Edwin & Ellen Laura (Sesseman) Sturgis. She died on Nov. 4, 1970 and is buried in the 1918 section of the Lititz Moravian Cemtery, Section C, lot 88 East. She was married to Myrl S. Baker. She taught piano and organ and was a member of Calvary Independent Church, Lancaster, PA. She played organ for Lancaster Moravian Church until 1935 and was then organist for Calvary Independent Church until 1947.
