Bowman: Miss Clara Bell Potts was born March 10, 1872 and died at her home near LaCygne on December 23, 1903, age 31 years, 9 months and 13 days. She was a member of Christian church for several years. She was married to Eugene Bowman on August 13, 1893, of which union have been born to them five children all of whom with her husband survive her. The funeral services were conducted by W.J. Houston at the Baptist church in Somerset, on December 21, at 2 o'clock. The body was interred in the Somerset cemetery.
