Mrs. Offenbecker was retired from Roper and Wal-Mart. She was born the daughter of Herman and Rhoda Miller Kray. She was a member of the Ladies of St. Anne at her church and enjoyed reading and baking.
Surviving are her husband, George Offenbecker, whom she married June 30, 1956, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bradley; one son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Alyssa Offenbecker of Round Lake; one daughter and son-in-law, Valerie and Bob Deverman of Lakewood, Calif.; one sister, Norma Berns of St. Anne; one brother and sister-in-law, Gerald and Doris Kray of Butler, Ind.; one niece, Donna Kray; and one nephew, Karl Berns.
