Services for Carl R Seay, 47, will be held at 5 pm tomorrow in Hansen Mortuary, 8314 N. Seventh St.
The Rev. J. Douglas Gaston of Sunnyslope Presbyterian Church will officiate. Interment will be in Ft. Rosecrans National Cemetery, San Diego, Calif.
Mr. Seay died Saturday in St. Joseph's Hospital.
He came to Phoenix 2 1/2 years ago from San Diego, and resided at 10401 N. Cave Creek Road. He was a technical writer for Volt Technical Corp., of Phoenix.
He belonged to Scottsdale Moose Lodge 1965 and the Sunnyslope Presbyterian Church. He was born in Indianapolis, Ind.
He is survived by his wife, Alta May of Phoenix.
